I am so tickled to see it mentioned. :-) The town I grew up in did not have a library. Summers when I was in jr. high, I used to ride my bicycle several miles to the "county seat" and check out as many books as I could carry on a bike. <br /><br />Now that I look back on the incredibly positive influence libraries have had on my life, I realize that I may have come up with a way that reading can help you lose weight.
